Kazuki Topham
Kazuki co-founded Red Cardinal to bring an institutional-grade research process to retail UK property investment. His background in economics and quantitative analysis informs the firm's modelling of yield, capital growth, void assumptions and tax structure across every mandate. Kazuki leads Red Cardinal's relationships with international investors, overseeing remote-purchase workflows for clients in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, and across the APAC and Middle East markets. He's a frequent commentator on UK tax structure changes (Section 24, SDLT surcharges, FHL abolition) and how they affect overseas buyers.
